Africa rewards
those
who arrive unhurried

We know the pace.

Ele Landscape .jpg

There are journeys you plan for years.

And there is the one you actually take

Somewhere, a version of this experience already exists — a name mentioned at dinner, a conversation you keep meaning to follow up on. You have been imagining it long enough to know exactly how it should feel. It rarely begins as a decision. More often, it is simply the year you stopped finding reasons to wait.

Let's have that conversation.

We do not send you to Africa.
We take you into it.

THE HOSTED DIFFERENCE

Wherever we stay, we stay as though it is ours. Private villas, exclusive lodges, intimate camps. Chosen carefully and hosted by someone who has spent the time learning Africa from the inside.

A private sactuary — yours alone for the duration

A chef who knows your palate before you arrive

Wines chosen around the conversation we had with you

A pace that belongs to you, not to the itinerary

This is not a departure from the life you have built. It is an extension of it, into some of the most extraordinary landscapes on earth.

Whether you come for the golf and the winelands, or for the wilderness alone, the way we travel does not change. Only the landscape does.

WHO WE ARE

The Safari Golfer was born from a love of Africa and golf. Childhood holidays in Botswana's bush. Swiss training. Years at Singita, Mombo Camp, and Aman. One vision — to bring together the finest golf, the wildest landscapes, and a way of hosting that only comes from genuinely loving both.

There is a version of this continent that belongs to travellers. And then there is the one that belongs to people who have moved through it slowly, who know its moods, its silences, its particular generosities.

When you travel with us, you enter that second version.

The places we have found, the friendships we have made here — none of it transfers through a brochure. It requires someone who takes you there personally.

That is exactly what we do for a limited number of guests each year, by design. When you reach out, you speak with someone who has slept in the rooms, walked the fairways on a quiet Tuesday morning, and knows the chef by name.

GIVING BACK

Your presence has a purpose that outlasts your stay.

The places we love are fragile. The communities inside them are extraordinary. Every camp and lodge we partner with was chosen partly for how it looks after both. A portion of every booking flows directly into the protection of the land, the animals, and the people around it.

Beyond the journeys themselves, we support two foundations as part of who we are — the Cape Leopard Trust and The Lunchbox Fund. One protects leopard populations across the Cape mountains. The other provides meals to children across South Africa. Neither is a marketing exercise. Both are simply part of us.

Tell us about the trip
you've been imagining.

We will craft the rest.

Every journey begins with a single conversation. No brochure. No package. Just us, listening to what you are looking for.

We work with a limited number of guests each year.

The trip you have been imagining is still there. So is the window to take it.
